Watts Regulators series 174A boiler pressure relief valves are used in hot water heating and domestic supply boiler applications to protect against excessive pressures on all types of hot water heating supply boiler equipment. It consists of a bronze body construction with NPT threaded female inlet and NPT threaded female outlet (drain) connections, non-metallic disc-to-metal seating, stainless steel spring, and test lever. Series 174A resists corrosive water conditions, sticking and freezing, and prevents water and sediment from being trapped in the seat. It is designed for emergency safety relief and shall not be used as an operating control.

Flo-Control valves are used for preventing gravity flow in forced water systems and to permit summer-winter operation of indirect water heaters. Flo-Control valves in NPT sizes 3/4 - 2" are made in combination straight-angle patterns permitting installation in either horizontal or vertical pipe lines. Larger sizes may be furnished in either straight or angle patterns. Removable top cap allows easy cleaning and service without removing pipe connections. Manual operating position for vertical lift disc to permit gravity circulation.

Watts Regulators series B1156F bronze high capacity feed water pressure regulators are for use in commercial and residential hydronic heating systems to fill the boiler and piping system with water, and to maintain water pressure in the system at all times. It also provides make-up water to the system in the event of system leaks. It consists of a bronze body construction with NPT threaded inlet and outlet connections, a tight seating check valve, purge lever for manual purging, and a stainless steel strainer. Series B1156F has high capacity performance and simplified servicing design. It is suitable for use in the boiler feed lines of hydronic heating systems.
