Caleffi Z-One Z45 Forged Brass 2-Way 2-Position Normally Closed Motorized Zone Valve, 3/4", Sweat
- Zone valve are used to automatically shut-off the flow or redirect hot and chilled water in hydronic systems, open systems, closed systems, low-pressure steam
- 2-position, on/off, spring return actuator has an end mounted push butTon for quick installation to the valve body
- Zone valve provides 100% bubble-tight seat close-off leakage
- The high temperature and high close-off performance characteristics of these zone valves, combined with the compact size, makes them suitable to fit inside baseboards or directly in fan coil units
- The actuator is equipped with auxiliary micro-switch and are normally closed with 18" wire lead connections
- 0 - 0.4 amp at 24 VAC auxiliary micro-switch contact rating
- Less than 60 sec full on stroke, 6 seconds full off stroke
- Polycarbonate base and cover, aluminum base plate actuator
- (2) O-ring seals and EPDM paddle
- Includes: Z111000 with auxiliary switch, 18" wire connection, Z200537 sweat body

A snap on actuator allows for fast installation and easy replacement with a convenient in-line push button.
A gear ratio of 21:1 in the actuator increases torque for high close-off pressure and increases closing time to reduce water hammer.
Compact design provides quick and easy installation, the Z-one valve fits perfectly inside baseboards and fan coils. Available with choice of NPT, sweat and press fittings for ease of installation and maintenance.
Hermetically sealed end switch in 24V actuators requires no minimum current load allowing multiple end switches connected in parallel to zoning panel.
Suitable for all types of systems - made with materials compatible with chilled or hot water up to 240°F, 15 psi steam, and open or closed systems.
Low power consumption allows up to five valves per 40 VA transformer.
