Evap Pow'r is a"no-rinse" product formulated for cleaning indoor evaporator coils. The green-colored, slightly alkaline liquid is metal-safe and therefore will not harm the coil's metal surfaces when left in contact with them even in a no-rinse application. It cleans and emulsifies the most stubborn soils and deposits, and is biodegradable as wellas USDA-Authorized.

The product is a quaternary-based biocide, formulated in tablet form and enclosed in a plastic housing which in turn is sealed ultrasonically to an absorbent white filter pad. Water is absorbed by the pad and wicked to the tablet, resulting in the immediate, but controlled, release of the powerful biocide. PanPads can be used in any condensate pan arrangements, either horizontally or vertically. Their low profile fits most pan configurations, and they last three months or more. Formulated buffering agents help protect pan against corrosion. When used as part of the Clean Coil Program, equipment is assured of optimum performance at the lowest possible energy cost. Air conditioning and refrigeration evaporator or cooling coils cool the air that is brought across them. In the process, moisture can be removed from the air, resulting in condensate. This condensate is collected in the condensate pan and drained away. Without proper treatment, bacteria can begin to grow in the pan, clogging the drain hole and resulting in overflow. In addition, this bacteria can also cause musty odors as well as respiratory ailments, contributing to an indoor air quality (IAQ) problem. Use of PanPads kills this bacteria, preventing these problems.

Sanitize previously cleaned and rinsed non-porous food contact surfaces prepare 200 ppm active quaternary solution by adding 1.6 fl-oz of this product to 1 Gallon of water (8 oz per 5 Gallon of water).Sanitize ice machines, ice cream dispensing equipment and other food processing equipment, flood the area with solution, making sure to wet all surfaces completely for at least 60 sec. The Emkarate family of lubricants is a wide range of polyol ester refrigeration oil products. They are designed specifically for use with HFC refrigerants, developed to meet the performance demands of the refrigeration industry. This superior performance is achieved with base fluids that are specifically formulated to deliver optimum performance with minimal additive levels. The requirements of today's refrigeration and air conditioning compressor lubricants are complex. They must be compatible and miscible with the HFC refrigerants, and they must be compatible and miscible with CFC's and HCFC's as well as mineral and alkylbenzene oils. Polyol ester lubricants meet these needs, and the EMKARATE RL line is the preferred choice. Working in close collaboration with compressor and system manufacturers, these OEM-approved POE lubricants cover a wide viscosity range from 7 cSt (35-40 SUS) to 220 cSt (1100 SUS) to suit most applications. The lubricants have excellent thermal and chemical stability, and are compatible with a wide range of elastomers, polymeric materials and other materials of construction. Additionally, then higher viscosity index is an indication that their effective viscosity will not change drastically with the wide swings in temperature seen by most typical refrigeration and air conditioning systems. Nu-Calgon Special HD CalClean 4143-08 Coil Cleaner, 1 Gallon Bottle, Opal Special HD CalClean is an extra-strong liquid detergent containing surface-active agents, grease solvents, alkaline cleaners, corrosion inhibitors and water conditioners specifically designed for cleaning electronic air filters. Electronic air filters can become coated with tobacco tars and other deposits that are very difficult to remove with ordinary detergents. HD CalClean will rapidly clean dirt, grease, dust and tars from the plates on these filters and, it will not corrode or tarnish aluminum or other metals when used at the recommended concentrations. The product is easy to use-just spray it on. HD CalClean quickly reacts with caked-on greasy dirt and smoke tar residues, loosening them and making them water soluble and easy to rinse off. Dirt and grease are flushed away effortlessly with an ordinary hose. If no water connection is available, fresh water may be sprayed on with any of the Nu-Calgon sprayers.
