Taco air scoop's special design and internal baffles of Taco air scoops slow water velocity to separate the air from solution. Thanks to this design, Taco air scoops efficiently remove air to provide noiseless, air-free hydronic heating, cooling or combination systems. They also provide an economic way to integrate air elimination by the connection of either a plain steel or diaphragm expansion tank.

Taco Flo-Checks prevent gravity circulation in forced hot water heating systems during periods when the boiler is hot, but the space heating zone is not wanted. This makes it possible to use the heating boiler to maintain domestic hot water year-round. You can also use Flo-Checks in systems with multiple circulator zones to allow heat to flow only into the zones that are calling for heat. In addition, the thumb screw can be opened manually for gravity feed applications, if the main circulator stops operating.

Taco boiler feed valves automatically feed water to a system whenever pressure in the system drops below the pressure setting of the valve. The dual control models combine the boiler feed with an in-line pressure relief valve. The built-in check prevents emptying the system if incoming pressure falls. They feature fast fill rates and an exclusive, lockable fast fill lever. Each valve is adjustable from10 to 25 psi, has a built-in check to prevent the emptying of the system if incoming pressure fails, and the easy to use fast fill lever is lockable.
