A solid-state, self-regulating heating element inside the start helper maintains the temperature of oil in the nozzle line
• The start helper is continuously powered, assuring that the burner will start with a warm nozzle at all times
• The burner with start helper will ignite and run with a more consistent atomization pattern until shutoff
• Simply clamps around the nozzle line and is continuously energized to provide the help needed at the beginning of the start cycle by maintaining the oil temperatures at 130 - 140 deg F during standby
• It also provides some additional heating during the operating cycle (8 - 12 watt rating)
